New World Revolution Part 1
Plans for overtaking the world and restoring sanity and peace to mankind. My way.
I'd like to note that these plans are semi-serious in that I do hope someone will fulfill the outline, however the actual plans for taking over are mostly a joke. Also, take note that I have no intention of carrying this out myself, as I would make a terrible revolutionary. Someone with a charismatic personality, a strong voice, and perhaps more determination than I would fit the bill.
Step One: Conquer and Unite.
Because this revolution depends on the human race's cooperation as a whole to fulfill, it is necessary for the whole human race to realize they are not different from each other. Race, gender, home country, age, height, weight, and any other distinctions are as important as the mind makes them, and serve no other useful purpose. What matters is intelligence, strength, and skill. The best way to remove nationalistic, racial, and other such prejudices, is to make everyone a member of one group, which we already are but don't realize correctly. We are all humans living on a planet together. That's all that matters.
So, to take over the world, we start in Italy. Our future orchestrator first joins the Council of Ministers of Italy, and eventually runs for President. A terrible disaster is then created (this is the only time a falsification will ever be used in the revolution, and an important one), which only our orchestrator can save Italy from. If all goes well, the orchestrator will not only become a national hero, but the president. He will use the history of Italy and Rome to kindle the old flame that is stored in Italians, so that he may start a revolution.
From Italy, the revolution will move to France, who are passive enough and adventurous enough to try out this revolution, as it will be a good idea. Germany comes next, as they have no standing military and a minor police force. Germans will most likely follow this revolution in hopes of regaining the honor they lost in the first two world wars, as the revolution will be a way for them to once again be on par with other countries in places they are lacking, such as militantly. Spain and Belgium will most likely go with the flow of western Europe, simply because it's what the other countries are doing. The United Kingdom will see this as another chance at having a British Empire, and join as well (besides that they'll notice the trend in the other countries).
The leader must remember to be a good, just, and kind leader at all times, and to manage resources and distribute everything fairly. He will start exporting new products from within his new United Europe. Advance technology using German ingenuity, and try to get Russia to join in. Many smaller Slavic countries will follow Russia, but many will resist. The revolution will win them over eventually, but do not spark any wars, or the revolution will fail.
From here, we jump to South America, where the revolution will begin buying currently illegal drugs such as cocaine from these countries to get them to look upon the revolution as allies. The revolution will then suggest to South American countries that they join us and start growing other things which will benefit everyone more than drugs do. Try to orchestrate a peaceful revolution within the South American countries, and use fighting as a last resort.
So, now we have South (and eventually Central) America, Western Europe, and Slavic countries. Africa is next. The problem is how does one deal with such massive poverty, starvation, and disease? The simple answer of course, is that you can't. A regrettable choice must be made here. The world does not have enough resources to feed everyone for even a week. Healthy Africans will be taken to other locations, where they will become members of the revolutions. The unhealthy ones will most likely have to die. Unless a new way to create food and medicine is developed before the plan is executed, there is nothing we can do except try to let these people live out their lives and continue on, on their own. I wish there was another way to do this, but I can think of none.
Another country with the same problem is China. The overpopulation in Asian countries is impossibly out of control. The takeover of China will have to be done through economic strategy. Economy, however, is impossible to predict accurately, so I can give no suggestion for this section. Once China joins the revolution, 80 to 90% of all children (both genders) must be de-fertilized somehow. Preferably some way that does not cause health issues or hinder sex, as they must be able to live out lives to their fullest. If they want children, they may adopt orphans. Remember in this step that children must be born in hospitals, or the problem will not be solved. Also remember not to discriminate in the least for any reason whatsoever.
All other Asian countries must be dealt with similarly, but with varying percentages based on population to land mass. Also, remember that people can move and spread easier, now that so many countries are finally united as one.
About this time, if not earlier, it may be mandatory to assign a new leader to the ongoing revolution. This leader must not be democratically voted on, as democracy is basically flawed in matters that don't concern the general populace directly. Democracy works on the theory that more than half the people are right more than half the time. To increase the more than half the time ratio, the usages of democracy must be limited to occasions where the people are at direct consequences with their votes. I suggest the current leader appoint a council of four to nine intelligent, revolution-minded people who can debate, find all angles of a subject, and also come to a conclusion quickly. They will temporarily make all choices in revolution matters. This period of council-leadership must last no longer than one year. Then, they will be able to select a charismatic leader for the next stages of the first step. They will then disband and the new leader will carry on.
About the time Mexico joins the revolution, the United States will get a bit anxious. Canada will follow next, if they haven't already joined when Western Europe did. This is a keystone in the first step, as the United States is not likely to join such a revolution. Our best hope is that China still owns most of the US, and they can use truthful propaganda to turn the American people against the current government system. It is imperative that the revolution does not lie about anything at all, and that everything can be easily understood and easily backed up. When people are about ready to rally behind the revolution, announce a presidential candidate for a new party representing the New World Revolution. Give this party full backing, and within a few elections, they will be bought out, either by popular vote or by buying politicians, as is wont with the current US government.
The final stage in Part One is the hardest... The Middle East. They really want to be left alone for the most part. The first thing to do is announce that New York is now the home city for Jews, and that Israel is no longer what it once was... Let any people who want out of the Middle East save exit, and then ignore the rest of them. Spend money and resources developing new fuels and forget about oil. Don't trade with any hostile countries. Eventually, they will require your help to live in the conditions they're now used to. The people will either leave and join the revolution, or they will be forced into a lower standard of living. Most people will try for the revolution, and those that don't will have to eventually. Time is your friend here.
