What happened to CTRL+ALT+DEL?
Remember when Ctrl+Alt+Del was actually useful? When Blue Screens had a chance of being recovered from? When Windows 98 ruled the PC with a glitchy fist?
What happened? Ctrl+Alt+Del is now useless. It opens up some bullshit "Security" window, or the Task Manager, depending on your settings. What happened to it making your computer restart? What happened to it being useful? I want my tool back!

Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del a few times in a row should still make XP restart.
pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del once will open the task manager (for the most part) pressing it again, should restart your machine.
